You may not use our AI content generation features to create misleading, harmful, or illegal content.

Social Media Integration

When you connect social media accounts to PRISM Media, you grant us permission to publish content on your behalf according to your instructions. You remain fully responsible for all content published through our platform. You can revoke these permissions at any time by disconnecting your accounts through your dashboard. We are not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms regarding your accounts or content.

Payments and Subscriptions

Payments for subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. We follow a subscription model with different tiers (Presence, Resonate, Influence) that unlock different features and attention context layers. We do not store your sensitive payment details; we only receive a confirmation including your name and email address to verify your subscription status. Subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan and can be cancelled at any time.

AI Content Generation

Our AI-powered content creation features use your brand information and preferences to generate personalized marketing content. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publication. You retain full ownership of your brand assets and any content created through our platform.

We use Supabase (PostgreSQL) for secure data storage and follow enterprise-grade security practices. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

PRISM Media is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we work to provide reliable content generation and social media publishing services, we cannot guarantee specific marketing results or social media performance. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or social media account restrictions.
